Amazing bag and amazing service. I am so very happy to have chanced upon this website and shop. I had been searching online for a very long time for a very specific style of bag. I wanted a beautiful , yet functional, laptop bag that worked as a packpack for underseat on a plane. I also wanted it to be soft leather, with a slightly rustic/worn feel. And I wanted it to be well made so it will last. I had almost given up on my search when i came across the PERFECT BAG on this webshop. It's a little nerve-wracking buying a high-end item from an unknown source, but the service was impeccable. Immediate notifications and updates on shipping - which was super-fast. I'm in the UK and the bag was very slightly delayed because of our stupid Brexit conditions, and was given a very helpful update by the shop owners, who ensured the swift and speedy onwards journey of the bag. From order to delivery was just 4 days! It arrived in a well-packed box, inside was an outer bag and inside my beautiful new backpack that will accompany me on many adventures. The quality of the leather and craftsmanship are notable. And the double compartments and many pockets will help me to stay organised on my travels! I was very appreciative to receive an email describing some of the dying process that has created the distinctly beautiful colour. I am totally and utterly in love!

I was so excited to find a beautiful leather purse at Pelle Nuda. From the minute I walked in the door and smelled the incomparable scent of leather, I knew I had found the place where I wanted to buy my new purse in Milan. The owner was so kind and offered me lots of options while allowing me to touch and feel each of the choices I was considering. As my husband and I left the store, he even suggested a great place for lunch (which we enjoyed very much!).
