Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale concern the purchase made remotely via the internet network of commercial products available on the website www.pellenuda.it.

The website offers the sale of commercial goods in compliance with Italian legislation regarding distance contracts as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

The offer and sale of products on our website www.pellenuda.it are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Therefore, the customer is invited, before submitting the order, to save them on another durable medium accessible to him.

The products purchased on www.pellenuda.it are sold directly by PELLE NUDA di Alessandra Ondevieni, a company registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi under number 2709512, VAT number 13193150961, with registered office at C.so di Porta Romana 128, 20122 Milan (MI), Italy.

PURCHASING PROCEDURE

The display of products on the virtual showcase of the website, detailed within their respective sections divided by category, constitutes a contractual offer for sale to the Customer. By sending the order according to the methods described below, the Customer formalizes the contractual acceptance of the aforementioned offer, resulting in the conclusion of the sales contract.

The Customer may browse the virtual catalog and select the items to be purchased by clicking on the "add to cart" icon next to each item.

At any time, but especially at the end of the item selection process, the Customer may view the contents of the virtual cart, i.e., the set of products to be purchased, by clicking on the icon marked with the cart symbol displayed on the screen at the top right. You will be automatically redirected to a summary page of the selected products (containing specific requirements, unit price, quantity, total price). For Italy, shipping is free. At this stage, it is possible to remove unwanted items or modify the quantities to be purchased.

The Customer may then decide whether to add more products to their order – by repeating the above steps – or proceed with the purchase of the already selected products.

To proceed with the purchase, the Customer must first register by selecting the "Login" icon and follow the instructions until clicking on the "Pay Now" button.

By placing the order, the Customer declares: 1) to be of legal age; 2) that the data provided by him for the execution of the contract are correct and truthful; 3) to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, and to fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and payment indicated in the purchase process.

If the Customer is a consumer (meaning "a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity"), once the General Conditions of the contract have been read and the online purchase process completed, they must print or electronically save a copy and, in any case, keep the General Terms and Conditions of the contract, which can be found on all pages of the website. A copy of the contract will be sent to the customer in paper format together with the purchased goods or via email, in compliance with the provisions of EU and Italian legislation on distance contracts.

The order sent by the Customer to Pelle Nuda through the internet must be completed in all its parts and must contain all the elements suitable for the correct identification of the Customer, the place of delivery, the billing address (if different), the payment methods, under penalty of nullity.

Upon receipt of the order, Pelle Nuda will automatically send the Customer, to the email address provided, an order acknowledgment email ("order receipt email"). This email contains a summary of the selected products and their total cost. The 'Order Number' indicated will be used in all further communications with "Pelle Nuda". The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of all the data entered and to promptly communicate any corrections.

Each order can be viewed by the Customer by accessing their personal area, within the "My Account" section.

PRICES

The prices displayed in the Pelle Nuda catalog are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs, which will be applied during the payment phase, are not included. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please ensure the final sale price before submitting the order form. However, only the sales conditions in force at the time of sending the order by the Customer will apply to the orders sent.

INVOICING

The issuance of the invoice is not mandatory unless requested by the buyer, not later than the time of the transaction, as indicated in art. 22 of Presidential Decree 26/10/1972 no. 633. By sending the order to PELLE NUDA, the buyer agrees to receive the invoice/receipt in electronic format. The buyer may receive the invoice/receipt in paper format by making an explicit request to PELLE NUDA. After the invoice has been issued, no changes can be made to the data indicated therein.

PELLE NUDA is at your complete disposal to provide the necessary assistance in all stages of the purchase, every day from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm (Italian time - GMT+1). WARRANTIES

Our products are guaranteed for 60 days against all defects arising from the manufacturing process.

Excluded from the warranty are all breakages due to carelessness, impacts, or improper use of the product. Regular wear and tear of the product, any shades or veins in the leather are not defects, but rather enhance its quality over time.

If warranty intervention by us becomes necessary, you must specify the order number and the defect found and possibly provide photographs of the broken parts. At this point, we will ask you to send the product to our establishment for repair or replacement, or we may send the materials to you if the repair can be easily carried out by you.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on PELLE NUDA within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products displayed may not be entirely consistent with the actual ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

PRIVACY

PELLE NUDA informs you that while some of the processing of personal data provided by you will be necessary for the execution of the requested services, others will be entirely optional and are intended to provide you with information on events, offers, and promotional discounts on items for sale on the website. In no case will the personal data provided by users be communicated to third parties or disclosed. See our Privacy Policy.

The only exception will obviously be the data processed directly by the responsible parties, by the Courier for deliveries, and by the banking institutions for payment operations.
