Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

At Pelle Nuda, we believe it is paramount that our customers feel completely satisfied with their purchases.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or in the unfortunate event that you receive products that do not meet your expectations, you may return the purchased item, unused, within 14 days of delivery. This is in accordance with Legislative Decree 21/2014, with transportation costs borne by you. Please contact us at +39 02 09957319 to arrange the return, and then send the items to Pelle Nuda at C.so di Porta Romana 128 – 20122 Milano (MI) without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, with the original tag attached, and in its original packaging.
• Within 14 days of receiving the returned item, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). We will promptly acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
