For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by local authorities and will be collected directly by the courier at the time of delivery.

Trackable Shipments: All our shipments can be tracked on the courier's website. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Signature Required: For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery. Rest assured, our packages are carefully packaged to protect leather items from damage due to impact and moisture.

Damaged Package Policy: In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please sign for it with a reservation on the courier's document. We'll promptly send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

Delivery Time Frame: Please note that it's not possible to select specific delivery times. Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package at any time.
